The two links below are the ISOA diving tables. The first one is the "traditional" version that we have been producing for years, and is the current NFHS One Meter Diving Table, with updates as necessary for the 07-08 season. The second link is the same, only with all information from Rule 9 that typically applies in competiton. It does not include all of Rule 9 content, and officials should refer to their rulebook for complete information and case studies.

It is important to note that these links are Microsoft Excel files, and they will not "look right" when you first open them (blank rows and columns), but be assured that those rows and columns are necessary for proper spacing, etc. Upon printing them yourself, you will be pleased !
