††††††††††† President Mike Hutton proposed some changes to the Associationís constitution and performed the required first reading. These changes would codify practices of the Association that, over time, have become customary. If passed, the outcome would be the elimination of the meeting held in the third calendar quarter, and defining the remaining two meetings as an annual meeting (at Girlís State) and a regular meeting (at Boyís State) each year. Text of the proposed changes can be viewed on the Associationís website. Glenn Gabriel commented that the changes make sense in light of the geographical distribution of the membership.
††††††††††† Emil Barbato commented that he has gained useful perspective by observing meets he is not working.
††††††††††† Kathy McWhorter commented on the lack of parking at ETHS and wondered if the Association could bring this subject up with Ron McGraw. Jim Katula mentioned that he did and Ronís comment was that they are always looking for ways to improve.
††††††††††† Motion to adjourn was made by Todd Gray, and seconded by Fred Gafrick. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 9:29am.
